The Milpitas High School AVID Class of '28 is raising money for field trips for the next two years. In the past we have visited 2 college campuses each year but due to budget constraints has not happened the last couple of years. Our hope is to raise money for four to five bus trips for our Junior & Senior years. Our goal is $10,000. We are asking our family, friends & the Milpitas community to help us reach this goal. One of the major goals of the AVID program is for our kids to attend college & visiting different campuses is a powerful experience to motivate our kids.
