Milo was diagnosed with level 3 Mast Cell Tumor. This is a malignant tumor that does tend to be quite aggressive and spread to other organs. The life expectancy tends to be 1-2 years. If chemotherapy is not an option the other course of action is steroids with this the expectancy tends to be 4-6 months.. which we don’t want to do. Milo has been with me through the hardest of times when my best friend passed away and thoughtout Covid when I lost many loved ones. We have gone through many emotional stages together and I want to be able to be there for him and have him go on more adventures with me.
