MiLo Hospital and Medical Expenses

Hi my name is Nev , I am the owner of a beautiful 6 month old Tonkinese cat named MiLo. Unfortunately on April 30th 2024 He was being very playful and fell out of my apartment window down 8 stories. The apartment window screen gave out and fell with him.By the grace of God he made it through the fall. MiLo suffered pulmonary contusions, scant pneumothorax, pleural effusion & a right rib dorsal fracture. My baby was hospitalized and was placed on oxygen treatment due to the damage to his lungs and now is on a 4 week rehabilitation for his lungs and rib fracture. Thank you to the vet hospital that was able to save his life. I have reached out to mangers at the building who told me there was nothing they could do to help because the window screens “should not be touched” . I live in a 22 story high rise building and definitely said that this is a safety issue, if the window screens give so easily anyone could fall out of the window to their demise. Unfortunately the building did not agree and told me if I feel unsafe I should just move out. With the lack of support from my building and the management I am reaching out for your help in assistance with MiLo medical expenses for his hospitalization and further follow up treatments.
