Help Milo Attend the National Invention Convention!
Donation protected
We're so excited to share that Milo's 5th grade Invention Convention project, the Condisha-Brush, was selected to represent California at the National Invention Convention. After competing at the California State Invention Convention a few weeks ago, Milo was one of the students selected to go on to Nationals in Dearborn, Michigan, June 4-6.
His invention is the Condisha-Brush, a hairbrush with a built-in conditioner bar. He made the brush to easily condition and detangle his (usually very tangled) hair in the shower while reducing plastic waste from conditioner bottles.
Attending the national convention will be expensive, though! Milo's school district is contributing $500, and we're trying to raise the remaining amount to cover the convention registration costs, our family's airfare and tickets to the event, and our hotel.
Participation in the National Invention Convention is by invitation, with only about 500 students across the US invited to attend from amongst the 150,000 students who enter at the school level. We want to make this happen for Milo! Any assistance in helping him participate would not only support his growth as an inventor but also represent our school district on a national stage.
Thanks for taking a look and considering helping out!
