In the middle of the night on March 6th, Millie and her daughter Stephanie were the victims of a tragic hit and run accident on E14th street in San Leandro, Ca. Millie and her daughter, who was driving, were minutes away from home when they were hit and ran off of the road, causing them to hit a street pole and run into a tree. The driver of the other vehicle fled the scene leaving Millie and her family responsible for all bills and repercussions of the accident. 

Millie was rushed to the hospital and is currently recovering from her many severe injuries. This accident has left her with brain trauma and swelling, multiple fractures in her neck and face, 4 broken ribs, a bruised spinal cord, and numbness on the left side of her body. 

Her recovery will require a lengthy and expensive stay at a rehabilitation facility along with other medically necessary treatments. For those of you who have been blessed to know Millie know what a joyful and loving spirit she is, all of the lives she has touched, and how important her family and friends are to her.  We are asking for your help to insure that through this trying time Millie, her children and family will have the help with the overwhelming financial responsibility that awaits them.
