Wednesday evening Heidi and Millie were out and about as usual, doing errands and bouncing around together. Just as they were about to arrive home Millie was hit by a school bus. Millie is currently in the ICU at the U of M Vet Hospital. She is stabalized, but her lungs are having complications. 

Funds raised are going to Millie's medical care at the ICU. The amount listed is what the vet has told Heidi to expect.

Anyone that spends more than 20mins with Heidi, knows about her love for animals, and certainly knows all about Millie! Millie and Heidi have been inseperable since they met each other. They have a very special connection which will make this coming week exceptionaly difficult on both of them.

As any pet lover and owner may know, or can imagine, an accident like this is shocking and emotionally depleting. On top of it, comes a large medical bill, especially when you are willing to do whatever you can to bring your pup home.
