Miller Family Fund: Honor Asher's Memory
Donation protected
On December 16th 2024, we received news that Asher’s cancer has returned. The doctors were hopeful because it returned as stage 1 & the treatment would be super easy compared to the time in 2020 and what he endured.
Asher was admitted on December 30th, 2024 to begin his 1st & hopefully only round of chemo. As normal results once they finished the round he became sick as he did the first time when he was on chemo back in 2020. He was suppose to come home on that following Sunday, January 5th, but was not taking the chemo treatment very well. So the doctors wanted him to stay and keep watch and observe him to make sure he’ll be ok. By that following Friday he started to get better. Saturday he was eating, drinking, & talking again. Both of my parents were with him & even told us how much better he was & how ready he was to come home. That following Sunday morning, he had to use the restroom after having such a great morning with my parents and the staff. On the way to the restroom, he collapsed into my fathers arm and began to have a seizure. The staff rushed into his room and found no heartbeat and began compressions. They were then able to put him on life-support to hopefully start seeing positive results of him coming back to us. Sadly, the hospital around 10pm told his parents that he wasn’t going to make it thru the night.
Asher was surrounded by loved ones when he took his last breathe and sadly passed away on January 13th, 2025.
Please help out the Miller family. As you may know, this family has been thru enough tragedy of such a short amount of time. So please put their mind at ease & to help Asher lay peacefully at rest with his mother Kesley Miller, who they lost in 2018. All funds are to the funeral & memorial of Asher Kayn Miller.
