The Beers family of Maui is raising funds for my Aunty Milet and Uncle Arnel to recover from the August 8 Lahaina fires. They narrowly escaped the fire after having to abandon their car as the flames closed in. They jumped into the ocean to escape the fire, clinging to the rocks until the Coast Guard was able to rescue. Thankfully they are safe, but they have burns and and lost everything they own. These funds will help to support them rebuild their lives with shelter, transportation, clothes, and basic goods.
