On the July 4th mine and my family's life changed.


My family and I called it a night at 9:45 pm after having friends and family over.  But that wasn't the end of our night around 11:30 - 11:45 pm we were awaken by a Lake County Sheriff banging on our front door and frantically ringing the doorbell to let us know our home was on fire!  

We watched in muted horror as the home we'd just moved into on June13th went up in flames.  What the fire didn't destory the water and smoke damage did.

It wasn't until several days later that we realized the damages exceeded what our insurance company would pay.  The money we'd get would be enough to maybe finance new cars to replace the ones destroyed.

Through kind donations we have clothes and shoes.
We are still looking for temporary housing as we try to rebuild our lives.
