Our good friend Michael Lundon is the big 40 on 9th December.
Mick is currently battling against Motor Neurone Disease after his diagnosis in 2018.
With Mick's illness and the current restrictions we thought it'd be a great idea for people to get outside the weekend before his birthday and show him we are all behind him.
From Fri 4th Dec to Sun 6th December we want people to get out and exercise -Run, Walk, Bike, Swim, (whatever!) and do some miles. (Following the guidelines in place at the time)
It's a virtual event so you decide where you put the miles in. Take a picture or a video message wishing Mick a happy 40th and upload it to the Facebook page #Miles4Mick for all to see.
Anyone, anywhere can take part and we know it will mean a lot to Mick and Vicky.
This donation page is optional and all money raised will go to Mick and his family in their fight against MND.
