Hi, my name is Makenna, and I’m a single mom to a wonderful daughter who attends school in this community. Recently, we were in a car accident that completely totaled our only vehicle. Thankfully we’re safe, but losing our only means of transportation has put us in a tough spot especially during the holiday's.

I’m working hard to get reliable transportation again so I can continue getting my daughter to school every day and keep her routines stable. The unexpected cost of replacing or repairing a vehicle and medical costs from the accident have been overwhelming, and any support big or small would mean the world to us.

This fundraiser will go directly toward securing safe, reliable transportation so I can continue getting her to school, medical appointments, and daily activities without interruption.
