Hi , my name is Owen,

My mum sadly lost her life due to mental illness and unfortunately committed suicide, so I am doing this to raise money for a good charity as well as to raise awareness for others who may be suffering. It is important to speak out so no one needs to go through this. Any donation is a good donation please help with this cause

I will be running 5 ultra marathons consecutively on August 19th till August 23rd I will be doing 40 miles everyday to total 200 miles across the 5 days, 

I have picked such an extreme test as this is nothing compared to the mental health struggles people go through and I want to prove anything is possible with the right motivation
