Hospital stay and recovery
Donation protected
Please help donate to my niece’s hospital time and recovery from HUS.
On Monday, May 3rd my niece went to Seattle Children's hospital where it was found she had contracted HUS (hemolytic uremic syndrome), a rare condition that causes kidney complications. After over a week of being in the hospital with dialysis and transfusions she is stable and her body has begun to heal.
This girl is a fighter, continually amazing the doctors with her improvements, and will soon be heading home. There is still a long road ahead with future medical needs for her full recovery, however. She will start sessions next week at a clinic that specializes in chronic illness such as this. The bills are going to start piling up soon so please consider making a donation to help with expenses.
If you would prefer to donate a different way other than through this website (venmo or check, etc...), please contact me and we can arrange something.
Thank you for all of your support that you've given thus far. It takes a village.
Much love to all of you
