THE DREAM
Hello! My name is Keaton Bruggeling, and I’m raising funds to support my journey to the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan as part of Team Canada Bobsleigh!
I’ve recently received incredible news. I’ve been selected to the 2026 Olympic Team! The highest competitive competition in sport!
However, this opportunity comes with significant financial challenges.
To compete on the World Cup circuit this season, I was required to pay a team fee of $25,000. This fee covers mandatory program expenses such as travel, accommodation, food, equipment transport, ice time, and essential team services. As an athlete in an underfunded sport, these costs fall directly on myself. This team fee did not cover the first portion of my season. Personally paying for flights and food.
My overall fundraising goal is $15,000, just to bridge the gap so I can continue to compete. Continue to represent Canada at the highest level and stay on track for the 2026 Olympic Winter Games.
WHY
Over the past 3 years. I have fully committed myself to the sport. Seeing great results early and continually to find the podium! This year I am ranked the 2nd overall push athlete in the country. Proving I have the ability and momentum to make this dream come true.
The coaches and staff have recognized my potential and placed me on the World Cup roster because I have a clear and realistic path to the Games. I’m driven, focused, and dedicated to representing Team Canada with pride.
But to keep this dream alive, I need help covering the financial barriers that stand between me and international competition.

- Nutrition, supplements, and recovery tools
- Gym fees while travelling
