Milagro

Milagro provides Latino theater, culture, and arts education experiences and is one of the organizations that are part of The Oregonian/OregonLive's 2021 Season of Sharing campaign.

Jessica Lagunas is the instructor for Sugar Skulls, the first of three workshops offered by Milagro as part of its 2021 Dia de Muertos (Day of the Dead) Festival. Working on decorating her sugar skull is Annie Snyder, of Portland.
