Milad and his wife are in danger and desperately in need of CAD$ 20,000 to help them re-settle into the safety of a third country. The funds would go towards their sponsored G5 Canadian resettlement.
They are a young couple in their early thirties who have spent the last 5 years in fear. Why? They had no choice but to take refuge from their home country to a neighbouring country and are subject to United Nations’ international protection; however due to the neighbouring country’s circumstances they are in fear of deportation and certain persecution.
What was your life like, in your twenties and thirties? Were you spending every day worrying about the next? Or having sleepless nights because you had no idea what the future holds?
