One of my best and closest friends was involved in a hit & run incident in the North Park area as he was on his way home from the University Ave Street Fair. Unfortunately no information has been found on the driver or the vehicle and we know the medical bill is going to be through the roof. Anything that you could contribute would be great to help him out.
