Mikey Knight Funeral Expenses

Mikey was one of the kindest hearted men! He's been sick for awhile but he was so hard-headed, he never complained of the pain he was in. Last night, May 12th, he fell walking up the back porch stairs. We are unsure if he had a stroke or a heart attack. He only had 15% good heart function left. Thank you to First Responders of Goose Creek Lake Fire Dept and St. Francois County for doing everything in your power to save his life.  Mikey was in the Army back in the 70's. He will be buried at Jefferson Barracks. The VA will cover the cost of the burial and headstone but not the cost of the funeral and cremation. This fundraiser is for those costs. Thank you to everyone who can contribute! I will post updates about when his funeral will be held. With Covid-19 .. the situation is currently unknown how it will be handled! The funeral home is also taking donations towards the expenses!  Boyer Funeral Home in Bonne Terre, MO For anyone that doesn't know me. Diana, Mikeys wife, is the mother of my boyfriend Nick. The money raised will be withdrew and given directly to the funeral home. If there is extra - it will be used to purchase an Urn for his remains. Anything after that will be given to Diana to help her pay her bills. Thank you
