Mike’s medical bills while battling cancer

Hi my name is Ashley & I’ve started this go fund me for my dear friend Angela Hageman & her family. Angela’s father Mike Hageman is currently battling Stage 4 Rectal Cancer. Anyone who knows Angela knows that she is the most selfless person and would do anything to help anyone who needs it…and the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, because she gets that quality from her dad. Now they need OUR help.

Mike was diagnosed in October with stage 4 rectal cancer, which has now traveled to his liver and lungs . Mike spent his life working at the same company for over 30 years, yet was left with no insurance. His daughter Angela tried to help him apply for state insurance, but he was denied 3 times and continues to struggle to pay for the medical bills that are stacking up quickly. Mike is sick from the chemo, and unable to work due his diagnosis & treatment. Angela has been trying to keep up with his bills, but is struggling. Mike is a loving father of 3, and a grandfather of 2 boys…including a brand new baby boy just born a little over a week ago. He is also an amazing artist, the type of friend who would give you the shirt off his back, is someone who can brighten your day, no matter what type of situation you were in.

The funds will be used to pay Mike’s current & ongoing medical expenses, and also groceries & household bills that have fallen behind due to his illness. Any little bit will help, even if it’s just sharing this with others to spread the word.
