As we know Mike is having some very serious medical issues, resulting in some VERY serious medical expenses.  These expenses are expected to grow with continuing treatment.

There is really so little that anyone can do to help in these situations.  But by making a donation to this fund, you will help alleviate some of the financial stress and allow Mike to concentrate on getting well.
