Medical Timeline
March 2015, we were working in our backyard redoing the sprinkler system and I noticed a rash on my forearms. Thinking nothing of it i put creams on the rash and it didn't go away. April I developed flu like symptoms and saw my doctor in early May 15' for the cold issues and saw a dermatologist end of May 15' for the rash, they gave me topical steroids to treat the rash and it helped but never truly went away 100%. Cough went mostly away but came back from time to time between
May 15' and November 15' I went to the doctor again in October 15' for the cough and persistent night sweats, doctor ordered an X-ray but I never went as the night sweats went away.
March 16' cough is back and this time I have build up in my right lung upper lobe. Doctor ordered an X-ray and they found a mass 7cm x 5cm in my lung, in the right upper lobe. Initial diagnostic guess was Valley Fever. Doctor sent me to a pulmonologist and he ordered a lung biopsy. During this timeframe people start mentioning I'm losing weight,
After a week or so the lung biopsy comes back negative for valley fever but positive for Hodgkin's Lymphoma. By this time it's May 3rd 2016, I'm down to 165 from 195 and I can't gain the weight back. my cough is nearly persistent at this time and is making it difficult for me to talk straight sentences without interruption.
I get in to an oncologist first week of May and start getting prepped for chemotherapy, installing my port for chemo, doing a PET scan, bone marrow biopsy and a slew of other prep labs.
PET scan shows hot spots on my neck, collarbone, throughout my upper and lower chest cavity, my spleen, and a spot on my right upper hip.
Dr puts me on 6 months of ABVD chemotherapy twice a month. I had my first treatment may 27th.
I'm not the type of person to ask for donations or handouts, so this is my moms idea to set the godfundme up. Please note that even though she set it up the funds go straight into my bank account daily.
Any help is greatly appreciated, although not necessary.

A word from my mom
Hi I'm Kim Lowder, Michaels Mother. My Goal here is simply to raise enough funds ASAP, to allow these great kids to have a buffer for their misc. bills and any unpaid medical costs while they fight this battle together and win this battle and come out on top ready to start their new life together as a healthy loving family and help remove some of the unneeded stresses that are challenging them ahead. Im asking his family, friends, coworkers, and all whom care to please join me in this fundraising venture in helpping Michael and Emily.
During the timeline described by Michael himself he fails to mention, that he had already missed a lot of work due to his health issues and the big factor that emily had lost her job recently, they were given Michael's tests results thus already leaving them struggling and having to juggle their limited savings and causing a lot of unhealthy stress's for them both as they are ALREADY a half month behind in some bills and this is makeing it difficult for them to focus on a successful and full recovery for Michael. Please help them fight this together.
