Mike has a lot of people who depend on him. Maddox, his 3-year old grandson, who resides with Mike and Kristie, and they are both (Mike and Maddox) the light of each other’s lives. Mike has three children, 27-year old daughter, Shelby and her 7-year old son, Zach, 24-year old daughter, Marty, due with her first daughter this June and 21-year-old son Michael, father of three, just graduated from Army Boot Camp and is in Tanker Training at Fort Benning, Georgia.
This is a loving, close and God-fearing family. They have done everything humanly possible over these many years to manage Mike’s heart disease and essentially have come to the end of the line in his battle to fight this in terms of normal medical care.
The stem-cell therapies Mike is scheduled to receive will afford him that opportunity to add years to his life. The therapies apply millions of stem-cells throughout the body. Dr. Jimenez has recommended four different vials of stem-cells with each vial containing around 35 Million Stem-cells. These will help restore Mike from the damage from his stroke in 2016, all of the heart damage from his two heart attacks (2008 & 2013) and his pancreas which has been weakened with diabetes over the past 20 years. NOTE: These stem cells are donated from mother’s placentas and are not from aborted babies.
The prognosis is really quite amazing, that Mike should be able to resume a normal life within several months of the treatments. As many of you know, leading-edge treatments like this are not covered by today’s insurance policies. We are hoping Mike can be a testimony for these therapies and help mainstream them to normal coverages by the insurance industry.
Mike’s career over the past decade has been focused on helping others. This past year he did a Pilot for a non-profit that helped 8,500 Families and 30,000 Individuals across 126 Nations. This year he and his team have been challenged to take the same concept across all 250-plus nations of the World. Then he was inspired to help the people of South Texas with Hurricane Harvey.
In one week, 155,000 people reached out via transformtx.org with their names, addresses, phone numbers and emails. He has been invited to do the same in Puerto Rico.
We need Mike back!
This will not be possible without your help. I am asking for your prayers, donations and sharing this with everyone you know. This is an exceptional opportunity to invest in the Lord’s work, helping the poorest of the poor, while at the same time, helping keep this precious family and their father/husband/grandfather here for many more years. I believe we store up Treasures in Heaven by Blessing our Brothers and Sisters, so please give your prayerful consideration to Blessing Mike and his Family.
"I was sent home by doctors to die.
They told me that I did not qualify for further heart treatment.
I was devastated and nearly lost all hope.
I would not give up, however.
This all goes back a few years ago to my first stroke.
Being diabetic complicates my condition even more.
The next Doctor's advice offered a somewhat unconventional treatment option: Stem-cell therapy.
In Layman's terms, healthy cells would be injected into my heart tissue so that they would repair and rebuild faulty heart tissue.
For a couple of reasons, though, stem-cell therapy is not yet available in the United States.
I've researched and have found a few options in nearby: one in Tijuana, Mexico, and another in Panama.
I need the funds to be raised by March 15th."
