My name is Taylor Berry and Mike (Kevin) Berry is my father. As many of you know, Mike has been an involved member of this community and many others throughout his life. From being a Saint Stephens High School graduate to my favorite Newton-Conover High School softball coach. Others may know him from being the man who built your house, a vendor who bought from your company, or a simple man who just wanted to race four-wheelers any chance he could.
He has been a dedicated father, son, brother, and friend to so many I can't even begin to compile a list. Recently, Mike has been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. This is a rare blood cancer that just doesn't like to go away. This battle he has begun is one that currently does not have an end, although a cure is a glimmer of light down the road.
This page is for anyone who would like to donate to the current and future expenses our family has obtained through, traveling for doctors, medical treatment, and general bills my dad will no longer be able to pay due to his inability to work consistently.
We appreciate every donation and individual who has shown support through this tough time and the future struggles of battling a cancer we know very little about as a nation. We will also be holding a fundraiser at Iron Thunder on 10/30/2016. This will include a silent auction, band, food, and many laughs among friends. We hope to see you all there.
