Mike Trent: Help a Generous Soul Fight Cancer

Those of us who are blessed by friendship with Mike Trent know that his primary trait is generosity. Each one of us, if asked, could recite a personal story of Mike's generosity toward them. Generosity bestowed without judgement or expectation, and not limited to friends and family but extended without reservation to strangers as well.

Now Mike needs our generosity.

After a recent diagnosis of stomach/duodenum cancer, his prognosis is yet uncertain - he'll undergo laparoscopic surgery on November 30 and begin chemotherapy on December 6. His friends and family are hopeful and full of prayer, but even with the best outcome, one thing is certain: the medical bills for his treatment will be staggering.

At a time when Mike is understandably focused on his family and their well-being, he'll also be forced to make difficult decisions about treatment options. Our campaign is focused on providing Mike the wherewithal to secure the level of treatment necessary for his stage of illness while ensuring that his family - his beautiful partner Angela, and their children Boston, Cloie, Hunter, and Diesel - are provided for.
