Mike Tessier and his family

Natashia, Malayna’s mom, has updated us with how Malayna is doing…. They have another challenge to overcome so please read through her post!

Mike Tessier (Zaporozen) and his wife Natashia are confronting the most frightening thing a parent can face- their 15 year old daughter has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of childhood leukemia.  She is undergoing extensive treatment and will be for the foreseeable future. 

Natashia has had to take a leave of absence from her work in order to care for Malayna. Mike continues to work but not only do they have unexpected expenses related to Malayna’s care,  they are trying to  make it all work on one income. 

We are hoping to raise enough money to help replace Natashia’s income for the foreseeable future, and to help with expenses so that they can focus on helping their daughter get well, and on keeping their son Rider as stress-free as possible.
