Mike "Sparky" Laurance and family fund

Hi,

My name is Ken Sorensen and I'm starting this fundraiser on behalf of my second family the Laurance's. On July 27th our beloved Mike Sparky Laurance left this world suddenly and without warning. Unfortunately, he suffered a massive hemorrhagic stroke and although he was a fighter, he sadly lost his battle. Diane, his wife of 37 years lost her soulmate and best friend. His children Mike Jr, Chase, Alice and Sheena lost a father who loved them with everything he had. His grandchildren have lost the grandpa that always had time to be silly with them. He also leaves behind fur babies that he and Diane took in through their rescue efforts and don't understand why he isn't coming home. Sparky was a father figure to many and was called "Pops" by family and friends as he always had an ear to listen, a shoulder to lean on and a hug to give.

This sudden and tragic loss has left Diane in an extreme emotional state as well as in dire financial need to cover major expenses. Diane and Sparky have always been there for others, now it's our turn to help. If you have it in your heart to donate it would be gratefully accepted and appreciated.

Sparky and Diane have been nothing but kind and supportive to so many of us and they need our help now more than ever.
