I want to tell you about my friend Mike Smith.  Mike and I were in a band together, started when we were 19, and we were quite a bit different.  But an unlikely friendship blossomed over our contrast and developed into a mutual admiration.

I can remember late, late nights discussing all kinds of topics.  One thing I know about Mike is he had a stubborn and investigate spirt:  he always wanted to get to the bottom of things.

Unfortunetly, at just 31, Mike's life ended.  I thought as a way to pay tribute to this creative and loving man, I would start this Gofundme.  Now Mike's family has to bury him and the realty is that these things cost money and also place an additional burden on parents that should never have to bury their son.
