My dad always wanted a scholarship in his name for a young hockey player, so we’re going to make that happen for him. This is an annual memorial scholarship that will be donated to a Washington Township High School underclassman who demonstrates the same passion and love for the game of hockey that Mike had. The ideal athlete will be an upstanding member of the team and value teamwork, commitment, and community. Mike wanted to share his talent with young athletes to promote teamwork, commitment, and community. My dad would have loved to be apart of this, and we’re doing all we can to honor the legacy he leaves behind.
