My brother Mike was in an off-road accident in Ocotillo Wells while riding his motorcycle. He initially went into a seizure and was not breathing. He was lifeflighted out to Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, and is in ICU. His head injury seems to be okay, but he suffered a broken neck and back, five broken ribs, a broken clavicle and broken scapula. He has medical insurance, but minimal. He is self imployed and will not be able to work for some time.
