Michaels ALS Battle
Donation protected
Michael Pulich is a loving husband and father as well as a hard working man, who was recently diagnosed with ALS. This devastating news has meant an early and unexpected retirement, and a whole lot of uncertainty about the future.
You may remember hearing about ALS from the ice bucket challenge. This devastating disease often starts in the extremities (hands, feet and limbs), then spreads to other parts of the body. As the disease advances, muscles progressively weaken and eventually affect the ability to chew, swallow, speak and breathe. There is no cure for ALS and the cause is unknown. Following diagnosis, average life expectancy is 2-5 years.
Because of an early retirement Mike soon will be losing his insurance. Through this difficult time knowing life is being cut short him and his family need all the help they can get. As this disease progresses, medical bills and expenses will increase. Eventually Mike will need medical equipment and house modifications that are not affordable.
There are so many adjustments with this devastating news, but anything will help. No amount is too small. Donate whatever you can towards his fight.
God Bless.
