Hi,my name is Kim Barlow. I am raising money for my Brother's recent cancer diagnosis. On September 29th Mike was at work when he was taken by ambulance to the local hospital for a seizure. The MRI revealed that he had a large brain tumor that would need to be surgically removed. The following week the 3 hour surgery was performed. He was diagnosed with grade 4 Glioblastoma. As many of you know that's hard to hear and his time is very limited. Mike was to start Chemo/Radiation within a week or 2. On September 29th those plans were pushed back due to another seizure that landed him in ICU for several days.

He started his first radiation treatment on Thursday Oct 13th. However, his chemo treatment requires a $2500 copay to start. Yes $2500!

Mike lost his battle to this horrific disease on Sunday 10/22/23. Our family is obviously devastated by this loss. Mike had a great attitude about trying all of the medical recommendations to keep living out his life with his wonderful wife Robin. Please keep our family in your prayers at this time. Several people have asked what they can do during this time. Robin is now responsible for all of the medical/hospital bills left behind.
