Hi Friends,
For those of you who do not know, Mike McDuffee had a heart attack yesterday and needs emergency surgery to have two stints placed. From what we have been told, he is in a medically induced coma and has tested negative for Covid-19. Mike has been living in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for the past 10 years, and although he is still an American citizen, Mike is in a Mexican hospital and the doctors will not treat him or transport him to the United States where his medical insurance would cover this otherwise simple procedure without a minimum $30,000.00 USD "deposit". The medical costs can be anywhere from $30,000.00 to $90,000.00. The doctors do not know if Mike is stable enough to survive the media-vac transport to San Diego and the hospital requires $30,000.00 USD to save his life.
