Mike Mashkovich's Road To Recovery

Hi, my name is Mike and I'm an alcoholic. I've been suffering from addiction for most of my adult life. I thought I always had control of things and that I didn't need treatment. I was proved so wrong by continuously hitting new rock bottoms. I came close to death and checked myself into rehab. I started my AA program and have surrendered myself to God. I'm at 25 days sober now and trying to move into sober living soon. I have been out of work for over a month. My family, friends and I cannot afford enough to cover the costs to get into sober living. I need to get my life back together and I'm lucky enough that my health insurance got me into rehab. I'm ashamed to place this burden on you, but I have to try everything I can do to save my life. If you cannot donate, all I ask is that you can share it.
