Mike Maassen would never ask for help..

First I have to say how lucky I feel to know such a genuine man like Mike Maassen. It started back in 2011 when I moved here to saint Louis  from Arizona.  I reported to Mike at Citimortgage and over the years we have followed each other around the business. Early on, he took me under his wing and helped me grow with the company. Not really knowing anyone at Citi, Mike helped me network and get to know people very quickly. He even promoted me at one point of my career.

Mike strives for excellence in everything he does and all the relationships he has had either personal or business related, everyone is just as important as the other. He loves people, his German shepherd.. He loves being around people. Mike loves life. 

Mikes not the type of guy to ask for help. Since he was diagnosed he hasn’t  missed a day of work. That’s got to say something..

As you probably already know this cause is very important to me because he would never ask himself. Never. 
But dammit he deserves it. 

At age 38 he has been diagnosed with Kidney cancer and it is devastating to him and his family and friends. It maybe terminal and these treatments are not cheap. I don’t know all the details but I can tell you any donation would bring a smile to his face. (And mine)

June 9th Mike turned 39 years old. I want him to wake in the morning and find some relief from this nightmare he is facing.
