Hi my name is Mike Hoffman, In March 2017 I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma Cancer,  it's a blood and bone cancer,  It is treatable but not curable.
The standard recommended treatment is oral and injection Chemo therapy followed by a stem cell transplant.
I'm not able to work or earn a living because of the Cancer, it causes me to be really weak and have no energy, because one of the main symptoms is Anemia, I've had 5 Blood transfusions this past year.  I live by myself and don't have anyone to help me or help take care of me on a daily basis.

My life long passion has been riding and racing Motocross !
