I’ve known Mike for about 15 years and he has been one of the healthiest people I know. 
Recently, he found out  he has cancer, not only in the lungs but also on his spine.  His doctors took action and gave him immediate radiation and chemo therapy. They told him he will have to have this going through October. That said, his immune system has been really weak and being he worked at Thunder Valley for 13 years, his doctor advised him to not go back to work with a compromised immune system. So after 20 weeks of medical leave, his employer Thunder Valley said that his time has expired and he must either come back to work or he has to voluntarily quit. So we’ve all heard that they can’t do that, yet they did. As of today, they let him go without insurance and now has no income, cannot work and has a daughter and a mortgage to take care of. We are looking to help with $10,000 to help cover expenses he may have through these trying times. Hopefully come October, he will be considered cancer free!. However that’s gonna be difficult with all the stress he has with his finances right now.
Today Mike told me he’s at his wits end and he gave me permission to reach out and do a go fund me.
