To All Fellow Good Vibe Tribe Members~

This week we have spread so much kindness in all of our communities in honor of Mike Harn.  Good Vibe Tribe members have smiled a bit more towards strangers, made (LOTS OF) cookies to share, given flowers, coffees, and gift cards.  People have given blood, given extra time, given ice cream, and just thought of ways to GIVE MORE.  The power of prayer has worked and Mike's surgery was successful!  Now Mike and Bri are on the tough and long road of recovery.

Harn Good Vibe Tribe Facebook Group

Mike was first diagnosed with Colon Cancer 3 years ago and over the past 3 years he has successfully overcome the cancer 2 times.  This third time has required them traveling to Texas and undergoing a 23 hour surgery to basically remove everything the cancer has ever touched.  Mike is out of surgery and recovering.  But, we know this will be a long road of recovery for him and his family.

A few of us got together and decided that Mike and Bri should not have to carry the financial burden of medical bills and all the extras that just add up alone.  And so many of you have reached out to family and friends asking if there is a another way you can help support this amazing family.  We've even had friends of friends ask! The love Bri and Mike have for each other and their tribe is infectious. They've started a movement of spreading kindness and love-what better way to continue the love by giving them some financial support to help with medical bills, travel expenses, and some extras once they get home like lawn care or a part time nanny so Bri can focus on Mike?!?  Would a live in housekeeper be too much?!?! :-)

So, Good Vibe Tribe, lets spread the word and love on Mike, Bri and their girls in a slightly different way.  If you're not able to donate, that is perfectly alright!  Please keep on praying, sending them your positive thoughts and keep spreading the love.

I'm including a post from Bri because no one can say it better than her.

In this picture, taken five years ago, I stand there with my handsome husband of one year, pregnant with McKenna, holding a “F*Cancer” shirt. Happy, loving life, blissfully and ignorantly fundraising for our local gym families that had been affected by cancer. Never would I have imagined that cancer would become part of our journey the way it had for the families we were supporting.

The past three years have been a bumpy ride to say the least. Mike has continued to prove himself as having an incredibly strong and a consistent positive mental attitude. He not only took on chemo/radiation/blood draws/testing/ER visits/surgeries/acupuncture/naturopath apts/counseling apts/spiritual healers/reiki/infrared sauna/specialized CBD/massage/prayer groups, he has opened his heart and soul to start uncomfortable health conversations - in effort to help someone else down the path.

There are so many characteristics that are impressive about this warrior spirit of his. Things I am in awe and amazed by, things I don’t know if I have the capacity to do myself and he does them all with his head held high, making the best of his situation.
He is dedicated, loving, loyal, forgiving, consistently trying, determined, resilient, fearless, generous, faithful, spirited, helpful, fierce, kind, funny, focused, positive, grateful and the list goes on. He is all these things while building his company, providing for our family, spending more hours in medical apts than days off and all while he is in constant pain & discomfort every day.

It truly is outstanding and inspiring.
HE is truly outstanding and inspiring.

Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude from the outpouring of messages, love, support, dinners, gifts, errands ran, yard help, kid support, caring gestures, prayers & high vibes, dedicated masses, cards, hugs, books, flowers, blankets, shirts, visits, gift cards...and the generous gestures go on. Life takes a village and we have been leaning in hard. We will continue to do so through this next chapter of healing.

Thank you for standing by us, being on the front line of Mike’s fight with him and leaning in close to lift us up. I recognize that vulnerability can be uncomfortable. I recognize sometimes it’s hard to have the words to share in heavy situations. I recognize we all have things we are experiencing or going to experience that are less than ideal, thank you for showing up for us and with us. My goal is to show up for you, with an open heart, eager to be vulnerable with you and outpour my love in to you.

Lifting Mike up in golden light swirling around his strong body, as the surgeons bring their A-game with clear minds and steady hands, removing all of his cancer. Healing his body through the power of God and all the love that surrounds us, to celebrate all the healthy days ahead with our family and friends by our side.

I will do my best to send updates as I get them from the nurses and doctors. I will read & continue to read comments and messages but may not respond immediately but I just want to say thank you in advance (as this will be something for Mike to look forward to when he is out of surgery and recovering).

Go love your beautiful soul. Tell your body thank you for all of its hard work. Forgive yourself and all those you encounter, fully. Find little moments to celebrate. Share grace to one another. Love your people and go make some magic in someone’s day today. ✨✌
