Hi everyone.

Most all of you have heard of “Mike Hansen The Shop.” Either by word of mouth or because he has helped you with any of your vehicle needs. Well it’s time that we help him now.

Mike is undergoing some health issues & suffered a stroke over the weekend & spent time at our local hospital.

Mike will be out of work for the foreseeable future. Not only will his shop suffer, his employees need paid, & he has 2 children at home that he raises, Stone and Nancy.

If you have had the opportunity to meet Mike, you know that he is the type of man to give you the shirt off of his back. Not only that, but I’m sure many of you can think of a time where you were in a pinch with vehicle repairs & Mike has completed the work & allowed you to pay him back. I know I have been in this situation a number of times personally & Mike has completed work on my car & allowed me to make payments.

I am asking for our community to rally together to help lift the burden off of Mike and his children. He is the only source of income to provide for his children. With school right around the corner, they will need school supplies, school clothes, shoes, lunch money etc. and right now, Mike cannot provide those things.

It is unclear with anyone who suffers a stoke what damage to your body will be done. As a mechanic, Mikes functionality of his arms, hands & legs are imperative to his line of work.

Depending on his situation, he could require physical therapy to regain strength & coordination of his limbs. This could take months. So the future of his health is unclear & so is his business. We have to help him. His children & his business are relying heavily on this gofundme.

Matthew 22:39 is the second of the two greatest commandments, which states: "Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself".
