My son, Mike, suffered a traumatic brain injury and partial leg amputation due to an accident while working on Mar 5th. He is now in hospital in Edmonton and will be for quite some time. It will likely take many months to heal and his future is uncertain at this point. Mike and his wife Kirbi have 3 young children and a family farm that need continued care and support while their Dad/husband remains in hospital and during his long term recovery. While there are supports in place to help, inevitably there are expenses that will not be covered. The purpose of this fundraiser is to ensure Mike's beautiful family does not have to worry or stress about funds while they focus on what will be a long healing process.
