Mike Butler Krav Maga Scholarship

In memory of our dear friend and beloved family member Mike "80's" Butler, we are creating a scholarship fund in his name at Israeli Krav Maga Cherry Hill.

Mike’s passion for Krav Maga was obvious. Training alongside his Krav Maga family for almost 12 years, he achieved the rank of Black Belt just prior to his passing and was posthumously awarded his black belt & certificate. We can't think of a better way to honor Mike than to help others discover their love for Krav Maga at the gym where he studied.

Our goal is to raise enough money to support one adult for an entire year. Additional funds raised will go toward 3-month scholarships for others looking to try it.

We will be updating everyone on our progress on this page. Moving forward, we will form a committee to ensure this is an annual endeavor. Thank you so much for your time and your generosity. Mike is sorely missed by so many, and we hope this scholarship will be one way to honor his legacy for years to come.
