Mike Bessette's Road to Recovery

Hello friends, family, local businesses, and people of the community.

Most of you have heard that Mike suffered a terrible 14’ fall off a ladder.

Due to the force of the impact, he is currently in the hospital.

Mike suffered a high-impact, high-energy pilon fracture to his leg.

His leg is completely broken through the tibia, completely dislocated and also has a severe splintering throughout, also a break in the fibula right at his knee.

Today he will be undergoing a stabilizing procedure with external rods until his body is ready to undergo the major surgery set in 10-14 days.

His injuries will leave him out of commission for quite some time. Any of you who have had the privilege to know Mike and his incredible family, know that Mike leads his family with a kind and giving heart. He is always lending a helping hand, volunteering in the community or within his church. Mike, Casey and their exceptional children Caylin and Carson have a very special place in my heart. Mike has given so much of his time and kindness to this community, let's all join together and show him how much he means to us!
