Mike and Nikki's Decent Living Situation Goal

Hello, my name is Nicole and my husband, Michael, and I are out of options. We recently found out the mobile home park we have lived in for the past 18 years is looking for any excuse to get us out of here. The rules and regulations they are sending out are ridiculous, and we need out of here as soon as we possibly can be. Our son Maelen and our daughter Neva live with us to try and help with the costs of these outrageous new rules, but no matter how many hours my husband puts in at work, it will never be enough. Our place was built in the sixties and is on its' last leg. The management has already told us we cannot resell the home or make any money from it. Although this is a trailer on wheels, the mechanics of the wheels and running board are so rusted that the place would fall apart if we were to try to move it. Although this may be embarrassing for us, and we wish we could make due ourselves, we need to push our pride to the side and ask for help. The people who look at loan requests have made it clear we have too much medical debt to get a decent loan. If there were any other way we could move immediately, we would. However, all the available resources to help families in need have turned us down for one reason or another, and this is our last hope. I cannot work a full-time job due to my medical health, and doing odd jobs doesn't make a difference in the long run. Due to legal reasons, we will not disclose the park's name, but we don't want to be under their management any longer. Due to unfair control, we are not looking to move into one of the newer mobile homes, so we are looking to move into a small house that allows our fur babies to live with us. Our fur babies are not something we can throw away; they are family, and we refuse to treat them any less. Any help will be very much appreciated, but we are making this mainly to get enough for a downpayment on a small home. Even if you cannot donate any money, thoughts and prayers are more than good enough for us.
