December 4th was a day that should have been filled with joy, as Mike and Melissa welcomed their beautiful baby boy into the world. But what should have been one of the happiest moments of their lives quickly turned into a nightmare. Due to severe complications, Melissa was transferred from Soldiers Memorial Hospital ICU to Toronto Western ICU and to Mount Sinai ICU for the past 5 days where she is receiving the highest level of care. While she fights to recover, the emotional and financial strain on their family continues to grow. We are asking for your support during this incredibly stressful and scary time.
