Mike and Joyce Reel

Hi, my name is Kylie and I am raising money for my grandparents Mike & Joyce Reel. My grandfather was diagnosed with carcinoid cancer this summer. He is receiving care from a carcinoid specialist in Kentucky. After receiving his diagnosis and treatment plan, which included the need for a very extensive surgery, my grandmother fell and broke her arm and had to undergo a total shoulder replacement. She then developed a rare neurological condition that caused her to lose 50% function of her dominant hand.

My grandfather had his surgery this Monday -Nov 7th. The surgery ended up being even more extensive than they though it would be. He will be in the hospital for at least 10 days and unable to work for 12 weeks. As you can imagine, this will be very difficult since he is the sole provider.

Anyone who has ever met my grandparents know what hard working, caring, and giving people they are. They would never ask for help, so I am asking for them.
