Mike and Diane Ennemoser

Hello, my name is Lori Lutz, and I am starting this fundraiser for the dear friends of Mike, Diane, Katie, and Luke Ennemoser. We initially met and bonded over having adopted children from Guatemala. Over the usual barbecues, movie nights, dance recitals, and more, we have become good friends for 20 years now. Mike and Diane are two of the kindest people I know who would do anything for you. Always there to help or listen, you can always count on them to be there. Now they need some help. Diane has been very ill for the last several months and has been in and out of the hospital. Her diagnosis has been elusive, but they have determined she has cancer. The exact type remains unknown, and tissue samples have been sent to the Mayo Clinic. Diane has had clotting issues in her lungs, then bleeding problems secondary to cancer and the blood thinners. She received 40 transfusions over the summer. One of the tests has affected her kidneys, and Diane now requires dialysis to replace her poor kidney function. She has spent the last month in ICU. Mike and the kids are doing their best day to day. Mike needs to take FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) because it has been so difficult to juggle work time, care for the kids, and Diane. While they have insurance, the medical bills are becoming overwhelming and taking FMLA time from work will leave him with less income to manage daily. I know Mike and Diane have touched many lives, and many want to help them. Right now thoughts and prayers are needed and always welcome, but they will need financial help to navigate through this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: My apologies. I set the goal at 1,000 simply to place a number there. Mike and the kids need help with daily and monthly expenses, especially with him on FMLA leave. In addition there are the hospital bills rolling in. Again I thank you all for anything you can contribute to help.
