Hey I’m Sarah, sister to Caroline & sister in law to Mike. I’m organising this go fund me to help them both during this horrendous time.

Mike and Caroline have been together 20yrs and as anyone knows who knows them they worship each other, & to me I see them as definite “couple goals!”.

Tuesday the 22nd July started out as a normal day .. mid afternoon Caroline received a call to say Mike had taken unwell, he had collapsed at work and suffered a cardiac arrest, cpr was given by Max & a work mate and ambulance and Mike was taken to hospital.

Mike was put on to a ventilator, of which he has been on for the last 48hours to aid his body/heart to start to recover.

Today (24/7), he was taken off of the ventilator and started his recovery, however this is going to be a long process & will take time, with tests/procedures still on going.

Before all of this he was a fit, healthy & active man…

Mike, or Boge , as known by lots of friends is loved by many he really is one of life’s good guys, a loving partner, dad, grandad, brother and friend to everyone, this has obviously been a shock to us all.

Mike is a self employed carpenter he obviously will be unable to work now for sometime and Caroline will be off from work to be by his side. The financial strain will be significant this should be the least of they’re worries during this awful time.

I thought it would be an idea to do this fundraiser to help lighten the burden .. every penny raised will go directly to Mike / Caroline to help towards living costs etc. Equally every share of this page will help.

At this moment Caroline & Mikes family have been overwhelmed by the supportive messages/calls it means the world to them.
