Mike and Alison’s Journey

Set this fundraiser up to help Mike Meyer and Alison Green during this tough time. Alison has been facing an ongoing battle first with skin cancer , then with a spot on her leg that has created infection causing her to not be able to walk, sit or be comfortable for long periods of time. No doctor has ever seen this before, and she had to go as far as contacting a lawyer for medical malpractice and medical negligence. She needs answers and support!!!! As far as Mike, he has been suffering seizures annd had a brain aneurysm, and just had his 8th brain surgery on Friday nov. 25th at only 40 years old. He had bleeding on his brain and had a stroke in wallaceburg in public and got rushed to the hospital and from there got transferred to Windsor hospital. He was on life support in ICU and is being closely monitored. His speech, and memory are slightly improving but had a fever of 103 and pneumonia from fluid on the lungs. It’s not a sight for anyone to have to see, but when it’s in your household it’s a scarier reality. Mike is fully dependent on alison, and Alison is fully dependent on Mike. They rely on each other, as far as Mike running errands because Alison is using a wheelchair, to Alison being uncomfortable with the infection lingering in her body , still up at the hospital everyday trying to put her own medical needs aside to be at mikes bedside. With this close to Christmas, bills don’t stop and rent still needs to be paid. Alison does not drive , and still has a young one at home. Any money is greatly appreciated which will be strictly used for perscriptions, gas money to and from Wallaceburg to windsor, food money, bills etc. Any penny counts! They need to get better for their kids, families and 2 young grandchildren , thank you so much for taking the time to read this and let’s all pray and hope for the best!
