My name is Mat Jackson and I am the team manager of the Warrington Wolves PDRL(Physical Disability Rugby League).

It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of one of our own, Mike Addison.

A member of the Warrington Wolves PDRL team, PDRL World Cup champion with England and avid volunteer for Club and Foundation.

Mike was one of a kind, always the one laughing and joking with anyone and everyone he met. Being that person you went to if you needed anything. Wearing the badge with pride.

He really embodied what it meant to be a wire.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Sian, Jackson, Rowan, Millie and all his friends and family.

I'm raising £4,000 to help support the family and give Mike the send off he deserves.
