Hey everyone!

As most of you know my sister Mikayla Hopkins was diganosed with Low Grade Serous Carcinoma- Ovarian Cancer in November of 2024. Few weeks after her diagnosis she went in for surgery and they removed her left ovary & tube that was tangled with a 10lb tumor. A life long dream of hers has always been to become a mother, they left the right ovary & tube in hopes that it can come true.

She still has cancer on right side and will be going in to she her oncologist in July to see if the remaining cancer has shrunk or spread…

With this form of cancer chemotherapy isn’t an option- the next steps for her are to start fertility treatments before they take the steps to remove her right ovary.

Insurance doesn’t cover fertility treatments aside from the initial consultation- this go fund me is to help with the financial burden that could be to follow if it’s the route she has to take as well for recovery and any other treatment that may be required.
