On Saturday, December 26th, 2020 a tragic accident occurred at the intersection of Bullard and Palm Avenues in Northwest Fresno. The driver of a black Ford Mustang drove at extreme speed (estimated 100mph+) through the intersection and hit two vehicles. This resulted in the loss of four lives and severe injury to three other innocent victims.

MIKAELA SANTESTEBAN miraculously survived the impact that destroyed her Mini Cooper, throwing the engine and other parts 100's of feet down Bullard Ave. Mikaela is one of the three survivors now struggling with her injuries.
While another Fund has been created to help the Vang & Chang families in this time of loss. This Fund is specifically to help Mikaela Santesteban in her fight to recover from this horrific tragedy. Mikaela is 19 years old, independent and living on her own, and normally works two jobs to make ends meet. Because of her injuries, Mikaela is unable to work, now without a car, and unable to pay medical and normal living expenses that continue to mount. Due to her injuries she will be out of work for quite some time and unable to cover these expenses without help. Mikaela's family is helping all they can by caring for her and trying to pay some of her expenses but they are much more than the family can bear alone.
The goal is set at $50,000 to help offset ongoing medical and living expenses, and hopefully help with a small down payment on a used vehicle for Mikaela once she has recovered. Any and all donations exceeding this $50,000 goal will be donated to the Vang & Chang families to help cover medical and other expenses as they struggle with the impacts of this tragedy. Our hearts and prayers go out to these families in this time!
If you have questions, feel free to reach out to Ron Childs, (949) [phone redacted].
Any support you can provide would go a long way to help Mikaela thru this struggle. Your prayers and generosity will be truly appreciated and known for a lifetime.
Thank you and God Bless,
Ron Childs
